Little Johnny

And look, 5 on the dice. Here we have John. John is at the cricket ground the same day that Sean is trying to impress the selectors. We have to say little Johnny is not renowned for his sports skills.

We overhear a conversation between Sean and the coach.

"I don't want him in the team" says Sean.

"Be fair mate, the selectors are coming to see you, and sports is about giving everyone a go"

"Whatever, but make sure he bats at 10 or 11".

"You know what kid, your attitude stinks, you'll never make the big time like this. He can open the batting with you".

John is pretty shy, so he doesn't say a whole lot. The coach tells him he's opening the batting. He narrows his eyes, wondering what suspicious motive there is behind that decision, as he usually gets thrown in when the sun is going down.

How many runs does John score opening the batting? Did he score more than Sean? Did he get out for a duck?
